PROMISES TO GOD

God, the supreme power has given us the opportunity to Neutralise the good/bad deeds which we have done since past births. For this the almighty has gifted this precious life to wash up and clear the balance in our accounts which is getting accumulated since ages.

For washing up, one has to follow the path shown by the god for clearing the deeds. This can be done by enchanting the name of God in all good bad times during stay at earth. This stage when completed is termed as Salvation.

The speed for clearing the deeds and attaining salvation is a very slow process for a Soul. So the soul requests the god/messenger of god to send them in a live form (human) where the process for Salvation is fast. As human form is the only form which is subjected to perform Karma however other living things can not perform the same.

Every soul before taking birth in human form promises the messenger that they will follow their steps and clear out their accounts rapidly. But after entering the materialistic world most of the soul forgets the main aim and they starts accumulating deeds whether positive/negative.

Due to the above fact the soul has to take repetitive births for zeroing the outcome of the deeds performed and spending too much time in living form. It is  must for every human being that they try to fulfil the promises they made to the god and dissolve themselves in the holy feet after attaining salvation.

QUESTION: IF GOD FORGIVES EACH ONE OF US FOR OUR MISTAKES, WHY ARE THERE PLACES LIKE HELL?

If god forgives each one of us for our mistakes-

First of all, there is no role of God here. As we all know, we are bound to perform Karma. We do good or bad with anyone, it will add good or bad deeds in our accounts. Forgiving here means that, we have to burn our sufferings due to deeds performed by us (due to both +ve/-ve deeds). Only by chanting the name of God, we can burn all sufferings, and get closer to the god and finally our soul attains Salvation (moksha).

So, we can say that, God will forgive us when we walk on the path of the god [i.e. meditation (to purify our soul), chanting of hymns (chanting god’s mantra to reach near to god), performing desire less karma (so that no addition of deeds in our accounts) etc.]

For Hell or Heaven

As we all know, we have to suffer good for our positive deeds and bad for our negative deeds. So if we do good, we have to spend some of the time in Heaven and vice versa in case of bad deeds i.e. we have to spend time in Hell.

And most of us don’t know that our basic aim in this living world is to attain Salvation (moksha) of our souls, which is travelling in this living world from years by taking many births (84 lakhs birth) and is under love for this materialistic world (moh, maya, lust).

So, majority of people, doesn’t know or does not walk on the path of God, even they don’t believe in Karma (deeds) not even God, so there are Hell & Heavens available to serve them accordingly as per their deeds.

DEFINITION OF SOUL

SOUL is a form of (inner) energy, an unique particle of God which is roaming in the universe. This SOUL wants to get back to its parent, to meet its end/ to mix again from where it has been derived (GOD), but unfortunately does not have the adequate power to reach its origin. 

Only Soul has the capability, which provides us the inner power to run our body apart from outside power we get from food, air & water. The Soul does not require food, air, water or anything to survive. Hence we can say that “SOUL IS A UNIQUE AND A VERY MINUTE PARTICLE OF GOD”, which cannot be seen through naked eye.

SOUL- Never Dies (Intangible)

BODY- Always Destroyed in the End (Tangible)

SOUL has the power to ENTER/ EXIT the body as per God’s wish, however God’s wish is based on the DEEDS (Karma) performed by the living being.

As stated, the SOUL does not have so much power to reach its destiny, so it waits outside the living world (universe) and waits for the god’s direction to enter the cycle of birth & death. As GOD, the almighty being so generous, he favors the SOUL (as it is a part of it) and directs him to enter a body to ENERGIZE it, so as to reach the God’s place and achieve SALVATION. After attaining the phase of Salvation, Soul never enters the living world.

It is as simple as that, A DROP OF WATER WAITING TO END IN THE OCEAN.

QUESTION: DOES EVERYTHING HAPPEN FOR A REASON?

"Karma” is an action performed by a living individual / human being which allows them to experience its consequences, in coming future.

Consider an example of a ball:- Suppose we throw a ball on a wall, what will happen? The ball hits the surface of the wall and tries to come back to its position or somewhere near to it.

Meaning of it,

“What you throw, Will revert back” or say “Reap what you Sow”

What are we suffering is an output of our positive/negative deeds, which we have accumulated from our past births which means:-

REASON BEHIND OF EVERYTHING IS UR PAST / PRESENT DEEDS

Importance of Karma Yoni (Human Life)

QUESTION: EITHER NOTHING LIKE GOD EXISTS OR IF GOD EXISTS, HE/SHE/IT CAN'T INTERFERE IN OUR LIVES IN ANY WAY, IF WE PRAY OR BELIEVE IN HIM/HER/IT. DO YOU THINK IT'S A RIGHT CONCLUSION, OR IS THERE SOME FLAW IN THIS?

God doesn't exist - In that case, He can't interfere in our lives.

Answer:

Air is everywhere, but we are unable to see it, still we believe that air exists. Now people will say that, we can feel air but not god.

For feeling the touch of god, we have to walk towards the path showed by him, which take us near to the God. 

Also, think and recollect the experiences from our daily life in which we feel that, this thing can be worse but something charismatic happened and we are saved. I hope this will happen to all of us, in small as well as big things.

As per our holy books, we are not allowed to challenge the existence of God.

OR

God exists - In that case, We can have two more cases:  

1) God is an individual with his own free will -  So what type of individual God is? Is he punish or reward people based upon his own pleasure and not by their deeds? He only like those people, who admire him and pray him. That's sounds more like a Devil and not God.  

Answer: 

God creates the Universe and organisms as per his will, but the individual gets reward/punish as per his deeds. So there is no wish of God in the suffering.

2) God is an Institution with some defined set of Rules - In this case, If rules are already defined (like Do good have good), how can our prayer can change them?

Answer: 

Yes we can say that the rules are already created in the form of our holy scriptures like Vedas, Purans, Mahapurans,Gita. But remember, God is supreme, he is not like humans, he can forgive and always provide us the chance to change or rectify our sins by means of Worship, chanting of his name, verses, hymns, mantras.

In Hindi it is said as “Bhagwan apse badla (revenge) nahi lena chahte, apko badla (changed person) hua dekhna chahte hain”.

QUESTION: WHAT COMES AFTER LIFE?

It depends upon our Deeds (Karma).

1.) If we burn ALL of our deeds (whether positive or negative), Salvation (Moksha) will be achieved. But if SOME of our deeds (say 5%) are remaining (to burn), and if we are near to the death bed, God will allow us to take next birth as human again, so as to burn the remaining deeds which enable us to achieve Salvation (Moksha). 

2.) Else, if the deeds are not burned or suffered, we will have to take birth in form of animal, birds etc., which is called as BHOG YONI (means only to suffer).

TYPE OF YONIS- DIVYA YONI, BHOG YONI & KARMA YONI

Human Beings- Only comes under Karma Yoni (who can burn their deeds by worshiping god, chanting the name of god, meditation etc.)

All other Animals, Birds etc.- Comes under Bhog Yoni (who can not perform Karma, they are born only to suffer as per their deeds performed in their past birth)

QUESTION: HOW MANY SUPREME GODS ARE THERE THREE OR ONE IN INDIAN HINDU BELIEF?

LORD SHIVA is the topmost and supreme god as per Indian Hindu belief, as Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra are derived from the Lord Shiva itself and they all are parts of him.

As for successfully driving the cycle of whole Universe, when Shiva (The Supreme God) associated with Rajo Guna, he acts as Brahma (Creates Universe). Further when associated with Satva Gun, he acts as Vishnu (Preserves Universe) and subsequently when linked with Tamo Guna, he acts as Kaal Rudra (Destroys Universe).

God is supreme and above all, he knows everything, past, present and even future. So there is no comparison of Humans with God.

People can know, but they are unaware of the fact that "Why they are here on earth".

Due to lack of guidance and in absence of Master (Guru), nobody knows the basic aim of life, which is to attain Salvation. Birth in form of Human is precious and we are wasting it by collecting the materialistic things. However basic needs are only Food, Clothes & Home.

QUESTION: WHY DOES HINDUISM BELIEVE IN THE PRINCIPLE OF RE-BIRTH AND PAST LIFE KARMA AFFECTING YOU IN THE PRESENT BIRTH?

The principle of "Rebirth and Sufferings from Past Life Karma" has been written in our ancient scriptures, holy books viz. Vedas, Puran, Bhagwat Gita etc. 

Lord Brahma, the inventor of the universe, designed / created PURAN, so that it builds the base of the society which further directs the individual to their basic means of life. Purans are the books of Hindu legends and contains religious instructions. QUESTION: WHICH IS YOUR FAVORITE HINDU GOD AND WHY?

LORD HANUMAN or BAJRANG BALI

As per my view, he is the only one God, who was blessed from all the Dominant Deity (Swami) of 9 Planets (Grahs). All of the 9 masters gave boon to Lord Hanuman that,

“Any Individual Who Worship You (Hanuman Ji) Will Remain Unaffected From All Of Us”

We Indians are very much concern about the Grahas (Planets) and their movements which also affect the conditions of the individual. The 9 planets situated in Universe which governs our lives (as per hindu myths) are stated below:-

QUESTION: WE SAY NOTHING CAN HAPPEN WITHOUT GOD'S WILL. SO IF I MURDER SOMEONE IT MEANS GOD WISHED I DO THAT. SO ISN'T IT GOD WHO IS TO BE BLAMED?

A question, I found on internet, is worth to answer,

“We Say Nothing Can Happen Without God's Will. So If I Murder Someone It Means God Wished I Do That. So Isn't It God Who Is To Be Blamed?”

Answer:- Everything which is happening to us in our daily life is not based on God’s will, we are suffering on the basis of our Karma (deeds), which we have accumulated in the past.

So we cannot blame God for some murder or anything, it was that person’s negative deeds (from past) which results in his murder.

QUESTION: AS WE KNOW, EVERYTHING HAPPENS BECAUSE OF KARMA (DEEDS), IT IS THE RESULT OF OUR PAST DEEDS, BUT WHICH IS OUR 1ST BIRTH AND ON WHAT TYPE OF DEEDS, GOD SENT US ON THIS EARTH? (I AM TALKING ABOUT THE 1ST BIRTH)

The Question "WHICH WAS OUR FIRST BIRTH & ON WHAT BASIS GOD SENT US IN THIS WORLD", keeps me busy from inside by thinking again & again. Yet I was unable to get the answer.

But, few days back, I went to ISKCON Temple at Nehru Place, New Delhi. I asked the above mentioned question to a fellow disciple, who was available there. 

She replied:-
Actually, we were born with Lord Krishna in our 1st birth, and there was no such specific reason, why we born with him. She said, Lord wants us in that Yoni or Birth, so he born us and kept us nearby.
But, in that birth, we were jealous of our God, or we carried a bad thinking, so we generated negative deeds, on to which we are here and trying to burn our sins.

I asked what Jealousy, she gave an example like, apart from Radha Rani, there were too many Gopis (female followers of Krishna) present out there, who were not close to Lord as Radha Rani, so they feel jealous of her.

I again asked her, is this logic is written somewhere in any scriptures, she said no, our guru replied at many occasion for the same question.

I don’t know this is correct or not but still there is some logic behind.

QUESTION: DOES KARMA EXIST? IS IT TRUE THAT WE NEED TO BEAR OUR KARMA IN THIS VERY LIFE? OR IS THERE THE SYSTEM OF VARIOUS BIRTHS IN WHICH WE LIVE LIFE, TO FULFILL OUR DEEDS?

QUESTIONS ACROSS MANY PEOPLE MINDS:-

Does karma exist? - Yes, Karma do exist.

Why? - We have seen a lot of people, different people of different religion, different caste, but all of them are not equal in aspects  like education, health, money, occupation etc. We also saw that some are poor, some are rich, even some were rich but now they are poor and vice versa.

By looking such a huge difference, I or anybody thinks why they are like that, why there are above us or below, what they have done so they are here? This question takes us to the process of KARMA.

Is it true that we need to bear our karma in this very life- Actually, this is not true, Karma’s result can be carry forwarded even in our next lives also, because even at the end of our life (at old stage) we are bound to perform karma. And output of that we be faced at our next birth either in form of human or animals, birds, organism etc.

QUESTION: DOES GOD DECIDE WHETHER WE WILL END UP IN HEAVEN OR HELL, OR THE CHOICE IS OURS?

HELL OR HEAVEN is based on the very common principle, which is:-

"WHAT YOU SOW SO YOU REAP"

So, we are the one, who can guide our self for the path, which takes us to Hell or Heaven. It all depends on the what type of deeds we do throughout our life.

Heaven- described as the holiest place where Souls of good people resides. Good people here referred to the persons, who added a lot of positive deeds (Karma) in their account during their stay at earth.

Hell- Just opposite to Heaven is a place, which also comes after the life ends. This place is full of pain, misery, sufferings and in fact it is a home full of negativity inside.

Those, who accumulated more of Positive deeds will headed to Heaven. And those, who accumulated more of Negative, will lead to Hell.

But if a person, by chanting the name of God, burns both of the deeds, will achieve the Salvation (Moksha), and will be away from both Hell & Heaven.

IMPORTANCE OF GURU DEEKSHA

Our Indian culture suggested that everyone has to worship the almighty, which guide us on the right track and get rid us from sorrow and misery. By enchanting the name of God, one can spend his life happily without any conceptions, as by chanting the name of God will cut off your negative deeds and fills your life with the positive energy.

For this one should have to choose one ISHT DEVTA (God) whom you can worship each and every day. We can also take Guru Deeksha (from a saint / disciple) which is also a name or Mantra (Hymn) of God. 

Ancient scriptures signifies that:

The power of Hymn will be more if we take the Guru Deeksha from a Holy Saint, however we can also choose a God of our choice, but progress as compared will be less. Because, there is enormous positive energy (due to Guru’s bhakti & devotion) behind the Mantra (Hymn) provided by a Guru.

So during the life time one has to take Guru Deeksha to improve fast on the basic goal of our life.

GURU (Master) & GOD.....Contd.

As stated in earlier blog, The Guru (Master) is a Bridge between the Humans and the Holy God.

Guru directs his disciple to the correct path which leads him to the God. At each & every forward step, hurdles of different types will arise, but at the same time, without losing his patience, he has to move forward as per the Master’s guidance.

It is the prime responsibility of the Guru, to help his follower by directing his disciple to  pass successfully through the tough phases of life.

EXPLANATION:- 
At one end, a Living Being is waiting to meet the God at the other end. In between both of them, there is a life span of 60-70 years in this materialistic world, which is full of mean & selfish people. The overall span of life covers with the outcome the positive & negative deeds credited in their account.

When the living being (human) starts to move forward towards the God, he will be surrounded by the 5 Basic Enemies of Life, viz. Lust, Anger, Greed, Attachment & Ego which further blocks the way out to reach God.

At that instance, the role of Guru (Master) starts, which guides the disciple from time to time throughout the life. The Master even accelerates the electrons of the individual, so that he can ignore the materialistic world and get rid off the life cycle of birth & death.

That’s why, our ancient sages said in their scriptures:-

A GURU (MASTER) THROUGHOUT THE LIFE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL.

GURU (Master) & GOD

No one will disagree from the fact that, Mother is the first teacher/ master since from their childhood. Later on, this place was succeed by school teachers, guardians like grandparents, uncle, aunts etc. for physical & mental growth.

But for a successful spiritual life, one have to choose a Spiritual Guru (Master) for achieve the main aim of life. Selecting a Guru (Master) in one’s life is very important in comparison to choose other things friends, spouse, etc. because only Guru is the person who has the power to direct his learner to the correct path.

Guru, by directing his student to the correct path, provides the momentum to the body’s inner soul which further enhances the strength & power of the individual. He acts as a messenger between the individual & the god and has the capability to represent the correct figure, values of the almighty.

“Most of the people consider their Mentor (Guru) as God, which is completely wrong but a Guru can act as a BRIDGE which connects the individual to the God.”

However, the prime duties of a True or Real Guru (Master) have the very basic responsibilities which are as follows:-

1.) He can describe about the holiness of the God, the supreme creator of the world.

2.) What is the basic reason of life cycle of birth & death and how to get rid of it.

3.) He can teach about the effects of Good & Bad Deeds (Karma).

4.) Necessity of Salvation and how to attain it, etc.
