PROMISES TO GOD

God, the supreme power has given us the opportunity to Neutralise the good/bad deeds which we have done since past births. For this the almighty has gifted this precious life to wash up and clear the balance in our accounts which is getting accumulated since ages.

For washing up, one has to follow the path shown by the god for clearing the deeds. This can be done by enchanting the name of God in all good bad times during stay at earth. This stage when completed is termed as Salvation.

The speed for clearing the deeds and attaining salvation is a very slow process for a Soul. So the soul requests the god/messenger of god to send them in a live form (human) where the process for Salvation is fast. As human form is the only form which is subjected to perform Karma however other living things can not perform the same.

Every soul before taking birth in human form promises the messenger that they will follow their steps and clear out their accounts rapidly. But after entering the materialistic world most of the soul forgets the main aim and they starts accumulating deeds whether positive/negative.

Due to the above fact the soul has to take repetitive births for zeroing the outcome of the deeds performed and spending too much time in living form. It is  must for every human being that they try to fulfil the promises they made to the god and dissolve themselves in the holy feet after attaining salvation.

EARTH LIFE- A TEST OF SPIRITUAL EXISTENCE

SOUL as stated, is one of the God’s particle which inclines to unite with its origin, just like a drop of water tries to move towards the Ocean.

Similarly, God made us in his image, means he made all as equal. But due to our past deeds (karma) or say materialistic disturbances, we all have become Satan and forget our key purpose of this life. If we doesn’t overcome from this situation and fall asleep, we are forced to serve the cycle of 8.4 million births & deaths.

For beholding the pure image of the almighty, one of the most rapid (spiritual) process is “Meditation”, by virtue of it, we can clean the mirror which is subjected to dust (in terms of materialistic things) from ages i.e. since from our last births and rebirths.

DEATH is not a punishment, but it is a shock which awakens the Soul, but after death it’s too late to progress on to the path of God. So one has to wake before his/her death as materialistic things can’t give us the happiness, it only disturbs the God’s Image.

“WE CAME ALONE & WE WILL LEAVE ALONE, NOTHING IS PERMANENT”

SATSANG

SATSANG
"Sat" means True (Good)
"Sang" means Company
Therefore, Satsang means the True Company. But whose company?

Company here referred as a single individual like a Guru (Saint) or a group of people who can present truth. Or in other words we can say discussing the truth of life is known as Satsang.

Our country comprises of various religions and corresponding gurus (saints) which speaks up about the various positive things of life. However we are unable to understand their views as it seems to be boring and most of the facts are well known to us.

This is due to the fact that majority of the guru speaks up the bookish language which is described in our holy books. We all are aware that these books are the foundations of our society but still bookish language make us unable to understand the message.
Now, it is neccesary for a guru or saint to make a platform of a lower level, means to develop a message in line with the level, like of a common man, so that he can easily understand the thought.

Speaker needs to deliver the message with an example of daily life so that a common man can understand. Message from our holy scriptures are very strong and only one single phrase of it can answer many questions.

Summary: For making the Satsang more effective, Guru can deliver the message with daily life examples so it will be convenient for the individual to understand.

ESSENCE OF NAAM / MANTRA JAP (Hymns Chant) IN KALIYUG

Kaliyug, the baddest and most distressful time among the living creatures since many years. It has been written in our scripts that this particular age will be treated as "Demon or Evil" since there is no sake of love, religion, humanity and respect towards the individuals.
As in this age, people's interest towards the almighty tends to reduce throughout this age simultaneously hatred also increases between the living beings.

There is no question about that each and every individual is going far from the god and forget its basic aim of living life.
We forget why we are here in this world?

People must not forget that we are here to get rid off from our good and bad deeds (karma) done in the past, on behalf of which we are suffering a lot. We have to complete our cycle of living and death so as to mix, from where we started (the god).

For reducing the impact of karma (by burning it) we have to do some efforts so that we can balance our account to zero. Means there will be no positive deed as well as negative in our accounts.

Earlier Yuga like Satyug, Treta yuga & Dwapar yuga were different. Those ages were totally different as compared to Kaliyuga. People live thousand to lakhs years at time which decreased to 100 in Kaliyuga.

So for achieving our aim in this black period, our beloved god reduced the level/labor required by an individual to a certain level which is quite easy as compared to earlier times.

KALYUGA NAAM ADHAR HAI meaning of it, in this period if a person only chant the name of god viz mantras, hymns, verses, he/she can easily achieve the god and later on attain a certain stage known as Salvation (moksha).

However in other ages, the process for liberation was very tough. People used to meditate for years so as to wash off their sins, deeds so as to achieve its aim. But with respect to this black age god also reduces the level and allows only Mantra Jaap as a tool (chanting of versed/hymns) for the liberation in which the soul from the body moves towards the holy feet of the god and will never comes in the process of living or dead.

WHY IS LORD HANUMAN SOMETIMES DEPICTED AS MARRIED

The details of this celestial event are found in the manuscript written by Parasara Maharishi in his book Parasra Samhita. Sri Parasara Maharishi had written the life history of Lord Hanuman from his birth and goes on to depict his life even after the Ramayana.

According to Parasara Maharishi, Hanuman had worshipped Surya Bhagwan (the Sun god) as his Guru and studied the Vedas and mastered the Nine Vyakarnas. Being an Aajanma Brahmachari, Lord Hanuman was not eligible to study the Nava Vyakarnas (nine grammers) for which the status of being a grihastha (married man) was essential.

In order to facilitate the completion of his education, the Trimurtis approached Surya Bhagavan and created a beautiful Kanya, Suvarchala Devi, an Aajanma Brahmacharini, from the Sun's Kiranas (rays) and arranged a marriage with Hanumanji to make him a Grihastha without Brahmacharya being affected. Whereby he learnt and became a genius in the nine vyakaranas (sanskrit grammar). These details can be found in Parasara Samhita.

There is also a sloka called 'Hanuman Mangalashtakam' depicts the Lord thus and runs as follows:

suvarchalaa kalathraaya chaturbhuja dharaaya cha
ushtraa roodhaya veeraya mangalam sri hanumathe

The meaning of the above sloka is: "Salutations to Lord Hanuman, having four arms, accompanied by His consort Suvarchala Devi, seated on a camel and exhibiting extraordinary valour."

The text further describes Suvarchala as the daughter of Sun-God, Surya, from whom Anjaneya learnt the Vedas.

At the temple at Thailavaram, the moolavar is eight feet tall. The Lord holds the customary mace in his hand that he rests on his right shoulder. His left hand is placed on his hip. The utsava moorthi of Anjaneya is with his consort Suvarchala Devi. The Lord is depicted with four arms and is descriptively called Suvarchala Devi Sametha Chaturbhuja.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KALYUG & OTHER YUGA (Satyuga, Tretayuga or Dwapar yuga)

Yuga, the word itself signifies the Ages, which is used to describe in the Indian History. India, or say Bharat, the rich and fertile country with deep knowledge of Vedas, Purans and Updesh like Gita flourished the people throughout the ages.

Yugas are divided in 4, termed as:-
1.) Sat Yuga (Golden Age)
2.) Treta Yuga (Silver Age)
3.) Dwapar Yuga (Bronze Age)
4.) Kal Yuga (Iron Age)

Satyuga, the very 1st yuga as per Hinduism which is also known as the best yuga and often called as Golden age in the history. It consists of purest part of the Varna i.e. Brahmin, which themselves are satisfied and were far away from the materialistic world. Knowledge, meditation, humanity and penance were present in this yuga.

Lord Vishnu incarnated 4 times in this era which are Matsya, Kurma, Varaha & Narsimha. Sat Yuga lasted for 17,28,000 years and average human lifespan was 100,000 years.

Treta Yuga, is the 2nd out of four yugas which is also known as Silver age in the religion of Hinduism. The Varna associated with this era is Kshatriyas. The most famous events of this yuga were Lord Vishnu's fifth, sixth and seventh incarnations as Vamana, Parashurama and Rama respectively.

The Treta Yuga lasted 12,96,000 years and average human life span was around 10,000 years.

Dwapar Yuga, is the third out of four yugas as described in the ancient scriptures of Hinduism. Dwapar yuga comes after Treta Yuga and before the dark Kali Yuga. The Varna associated with this era is Vaishyas. It is stated in the Puranas that this yuga ended when Krishna returned to his eternal abode of Vaikuntha.

Two major incarnation of Lord Vishnu in this era are Krishna & Gautam Buddha. According to the Bhagavata Purana, this yug lasts for 8,64,000 years and average life span reduced to 1,000 years.

Kali Yuga, the darkest of all the ages and called as Iron Age in which the quality of persons / people residing in that age deteriorates with respect to the time. Yugas has passed and now we are in the phase of Kalyuga which is considered as the lowest of all the Yugas. The Dharam Bull, which symbolises morality, stood on all the four legs in Sat Yuga, three legs during Treta Yuga and two in the later Dvapara Yuga. Currently, in the immoral age of Kali yuga, it stands on one leg.

The varna associated with this era is Shudra. The overall duration of Kali Yuga is around 4,32,000 years and the average life span of an individual is 100 years, which will further reduces to 20 years at the end of the yuga.

Lord Vishnu’s 10th Avatar named as Kalki will take place in this period. He shall be the one who destroys the Kaliyuga and reinitiate the holy and divine Satya yuga. And later on worshipped by the whole world.

QUESTION: IF GOD FORGIVES EACH ONE OF US FOR OUR MISTAKES, WHY ARE THERE PLACES LIKE HELL?

If god forgives each one of us for our mistakes-

First of all, there is no role of God here. As we all know, we are bound to perform Karma. We do good or bad with anyone, it will add good or bad deeds in our accounts. Forgiving here means that, we have to burn our sufferings due to deeds performed by us (due to both +ve/-ve deeds). Only by chanting the name of God, we can burn all sufferings, and get closer to the god and finally our soul attains Salvation (moksha).

So, we can say that, God will forgive us when we walk on the path of the god [i.e. meditation (to purify our soul), chanting of hymns (chanting god’s mantra to reach near to god), performing desire less karma (so that no addition of deeds in our accounts) etc.]

For Hell or Heaven

As we all know, we have to suffer good for our positive deeds and bad for our negative deeds. So if we do good, we have to spend some of the time in Heaven and vice versa in case of bad deeds i.e. we have to spend time in Hell.

And most of us don’t know that our basic aim in this living world is to attain Salvation (moksha) of our souls, which is travelling in this living world from years by taking many births (84 lakhs birth) and is under love for this materialistic world (moh, maya, lust).

So, majority of people, doesn’t know or does not walk on the path of God, even they don’t believe in Karma (deeds) not even God, so there are Hell & Heavens available to serve them accordingly as per their deeds.

QUESTION: WHY DO PEOPLE SEEK SALVATION? WHY NOT CONSIDER- "LIFE IS LIKE A GAME, LOVE TO PLAY & HOPE IT DOESN'T END"

Above all of your questions, we all know, Life will end once our time comes. So, whether you play, you enjoy, you make friends or whatever, IT WILL END ALSO, EVEN THE HOPE (referred in the question).

And you are only thinking of positive things, life also shows us the negative part of it, like death of beloved ones, health ailments, troubled relationships etc.  The word you referred “HOPE” actually doesn't exist in case of Rebirth, means you cannot be millionaire or king in next birth if you hope.

If all the positive things you mentioned get converted into negative one, you will feel sad, but Salvation or say when you walk on the path to achieve the stage of Salvation, you will be untouched by sorrow & grief. I mean, your mind will know the fact, that everything in this living world is materialistic and will end up for sure. But we do not have to grief or feel pain in that cases which may occur from time to time.

Salvation is the stage by virtue of which we will get rid off from the process of Rebirth.

I mean, everything in this world will end, So why so materialistic about it.

QUESTION: DOES EVERYTHING HAPPEN FOR A REASON?

"Karma” is an action performed by a living individual / human being which allows them to experience its consequences, in coming future.

Consider an example of a ball:- Suppose we throw a ball on a wall, what will happen? The ball hits the surface of the wall and tries to come back to its position or somewhere near to it.

Meaning of it,

“What you throw, Will revert back” or say “Reap what you Sow”

What are we suffering is an output of our positive/negative deeds, which we have accumulated from our past births which means:-

REASON BEHIND OF EVERYTHING IS UR PAST / PRESENT DEEDS

Importance of Karma Yoni (Human Life)

QUESTION: EITHER NOTHING LIKE GOD EXISTS OR IF GOD EXISTS, HE/SHE/IT CAN'T INTERFERE IN OUR LIVES IN ANY WAY, IF WE PRAY OR BELIEVE IN HIM/HER/IT. DO YOU THINK IT'S A RIGHT CONCLUSION, OR IS THERE SOME FLAW IN THIS?

God doesn't exist - In that case, He can't interfere in our lives.

Answer:
Air is everywhere, but we are unable to see it, still we believe that air exists. Now people will say that, we can feel air but not god.

For feeling the touch of god, we have to walk towards the path showed by him, which take us near to the God.

Also, think and recollect the experiences from our daily life in which we feel that, this thing can be worse but something charismatic happened and we are saved. I hope this will happen to all of us, in small as well as big things.

As per our holy books, we are not allowed to challenge the existence of God.

OR

God exists - In that case, We can have two more cases:

1) God is an individual with his own free will -  So what type of individual God is? Is he punish or reward people based upon his own pleasure and not by their deeds? He only like those people, who admire him and pray him. That's sounds more like a Devil and not God.

Answer:
God creates the Universe and organisms as per his will, but the individual gets reward/punish as per his deeds. So there is no wish of God in the suffering.

2) God is an Institution with some defined set of Rules - In this case, If rules are already defined (like Do good have good), how can our prayer can change them?

Answer:
Yes we can say that the rules are already created in the form of our holy scriptures like Vedas, Purans, Mahapurans,Gita. But remember, God is supreme, he is not like humans, he can forgive and always provide us the chance to change or rectify our sins by means of Worship, chanting of his name, verses, hymns, mantras.

In Hindi it is said as “Bhagwan apse badla (revenge) nahi lena chahte, apko badla (changed person) hua dekhna chahte hain”.

QUESTION: WHAT COMES AFTER LIFE?

It depends upon our Deeds (Karma).

1.) If we burn ALL of our deeds (whether positive or negative), Salvation (Moksha) will be achieved. But if SOME of our deeds (say 5%) are remaining (to burn), and if we are near to the death bed, God will allow us to take next birth as human again, so as to burn the remaining deeds which enable us to achieve Salvation (Moksha).

2.) Else, if the deeds are not burned or suffered, we will have to take birth in form of animal, birds etc., which is called as BHOG YONI (means only to suffer).

TYPE OF YONIS- DIVYA YONI, BHOG YONI & KARMA YONI

Human Beings- Only comes under Karma Yoni (who can burn their deeds by worshiping god, chanting the name of god, meditation etc.)
All other Animals, Birds etc.- Comes under Bhog Yoni (who can not perform Karma, they are born only to suffer as per their deeds performed in their past birth)

"Only Human beings are able to perform Work (Karma)"

What is the importance of Karma Yoni?

QUESTION: HOW MANY SUPREME GODS ARE THERE THREE OR ONE IN INDIAN HINDU BELIEF?

LORD SHIVA is the topmost and supreme god as per Indian Hindu belief, as Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra are derived from the Lord Shiva itself and they all are parts of him.

As for successfully driving the cycle of whole Universe, when Shiva (The Supreme God) associated with Rajo Guna, he acts as Brahma (Creates Universe). Further when associated with Satva Gun, he acts as Vishnu (Preserves Universe) and subsequently when linked with Tamo Guna, he acts as Kaal Rudra (Destroys Universe).

Birth of Other Gods from Lord Shiva

In short,
BRAHMA:                  “The Creator of the Universe”
VISHNU:                     “The Protector of the Universe”
KAAL RUDRA:           “The Destroyer”
Visit for details:-
Role of Supreme Gods in Creation of Universe

QUESTION: CAN PEOPLE KNOW THEIR PURPOSE IN LIFE OR DOES ONLY GOD KNOWS?

God is supreme and above all, he knows everything, past, present and even future. So there is no comparison of Humans with God.

People can know, but they are unaware of the fact that "Why they are here on earth".
Due to lack of guidance and in absence of Master (Guru), nobody knows the basic aim of life, which is to attain Salvation. Birth in form of Human is precious and we are wasting it by collecting the materialistic things. However basic needs are only Food, Clothes & Home.

Why we are here, is an interesting thing, we must have to understand.

Refer the link:-

http://basicsofhumanlife.blogspot.in/2014/02/significance-of-birth-in-hindu-mythology_3.html

QUESTION: IN VEDAS IT IS MENTIONED THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD WHO IS BODY LESS AND WHOSE IMAGE CAN'T BE MADE. THEN WHY WE WORSHIP 3 GOD'S, SHIVA, VISHNU AND BRAHMA? ARE THEY MESSENGER OF THAT PRIME GOD?

Because, We enters in the 3 different phases of life:-

1.) Birth (BRAHMA: “The Creator of the Universe”)

2.) Nourishment (VISHNU: “The Protector of the Universe”)

3.) Death (KAAL RUDRA:“The Destroyer”)

As per Ling Puran, All the three Gods are the part of Lord Shiva, he is the main prime god. For successfully driving the cycle of whole Universe, when Shiva (The Supreme God) associated with Rajo Guna, he acts as Brahma (Creates Universe). Further when associated with Satva Gun, he acts as Vishnu (Preserves Universe) and subsequently when linked with Tamo Guna, he acts as Kaal Rudra (Destroys Universe).

QUESTION: WHY DOES HINDUISM BELIEVE IN THE PRINCIPLE OF RE-BIRTH AND PAST LIFE KARMA AFFECTING YOU IN THE PRESENT BIRTH?

The principle of "Rebirth and Sufferings from Past Life Karma" has been written in our ancient scriptures, holy books viz. Vedas, Puran, Bhagwat Gita etc.

Lord Brahma, the inventor of the universe, designed / created PURAN, so that it builds the base of the society which further directs the individual to their basic means of life. Purans are the books of Hindu legends and contains religious instructions. Purans narrates the history of the universe from creation to destruction, role of kings, heroes, sages, and demigods, and descriptions of Hindu philosophy.

Lord Brahma wrote the Puran consisting of 100 Crores Verses (Shloks), which was further translated by our ancient Saint Ved Vyaas (Maha Rishi Ved Vyaas).

He briefly converted those 100 Crores Verses into 4 Lakhs Verses (Shloks) and divided the same into 18 Purans.

QUESTION: WHICH IS YOUR FAVORITE HINDU GOD AND WHY?

LORD HANUMAN or BAJRANG BALI

As per my view, he is the only one God, who was blessed from all the Dominant Deity (Swami) of 9 Planets (Grahs). All of the 9 masters gave boon to Lord Hanuman that,

“Any Individual Who Worship You (Hanuman Ji) Will Remain Unaffected From All Of Us”

We Indians are very much concern about the Grahas (Planets) and their movements which also affect the conditions of the individual. The 9 planets situated in Universe which governs our lives (as per hindu myths) are stated below:-

1.           Surya
2.           Chandra
3.           Mangal
4.           Brahaspati
5.           Buddh
6.           Shani
7.           Shukra
8.           Rahu
9.           Ketu

BY WORSHIPING HANUMAN JI MEANS THAT WE WILL NOT BE ILL AFFECTED (if any in our destiny) AS PER THE BOON GIVEN TO HIM BY ALL THE 9 GRAHS.

QUESTION: WE SAY NOTHING CAN HAPPEN WITHOUT GOD'S WILL. SO IF I MURDER SOMEONE IT MEANS GOD WISHED I DO THAT. SO ISN'T IT GOD WHO IS TO BE BLAMED?

A question, I found on internet, is worth to answer,

“We Say Nothing Can Happen Without God's Will. So If I Murder Someone It Means God Wished I Do That. So Isn't It God Who Is To Be Blamed?”

Answer:- Everything which is happening to us in our daily life is not based on God’s will, we are suffering on the basis of our Karma (deeds), which we have accumulated in the past.

So we cannot blame God for some murder or anything, it was that person’s negative deeds (from past) which results in his murder.

http://basicsofhumanlife.blogspot.in/2014/02/importance-of-karma-yoni-human-life_17.html

However, Earthquakes, Volcano Eruption, Drought etc. are natural disaster, but still we are also responsible for these disasters.

QUESTION: WHEN LORD KRISHNA SAYS THAT HE IS THE DOER AND NOTHING IS IN THE HAND OF MAN, ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR ACTIONS, WHETHER GOOD OR BAD?

Many people interpret The Holy Book Gita as per their thinking and understanding.

My point of view and understanding:-
God or say Krishna is the Creator of Life but he is not created by anyone. He created Life (humans) and allows humans to perform Karma. Now what I want to say that, "HE IS THE DOER" means by providing Soul and Energy to a Body (human), he has done his doing, means by virtue of Krishna we have the power, we have the life, we are alive, so we are doing our daily tasks. (However, as he is god, his doings are not accumulated in any account as in case of humans).

Importance of Karma Yoni

"NOTHING IS IN THE HAND OF MAN" means that, without Krishna's or say God's consent no one can get rid off the system of life and death, nobody can ignore the process of karma, no one can get more or less w.r.t. their karma.

In short, Krishna created us so he is the doer to take us in this life system, it is not in hand of a man. But while our stay at earth, we can only perform our karma or deeds, which in turn gives us the results.
